Judith works on various projects, including EU projects, workshops for schools, and exhibitions. Over the years, she has gained a lot of experience in tinkering, co-creation and inclusion. What she enjoys most is devising new and inspiring activities that take participants by surprise.

Inka is an educator and sr project manager at NEMO Science Museum. She has developed hands-on STEM activities for pupils, teachers, families and adults inside and outside NEMO often in a co-creation process. She is deeply invested into making science museums more inclusive for all.

Project manager

Sarah is a project manager at the Austrian ScienceCenter-Network, specializing in participatory approaches to public dialogue and science engagement. For over a decade, she has developed and facilitated interactive, dialogue-based formats across national and European contexts.

Nina is a project team member at the Austrian ScienceCenter-Network. She develops and facilitates workshops and professional training and coordinates a network of cooperation partners. With extensive experience in Tinkering, inquiry-based learning, and dialogical methodologies, she enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and fostering dialogue with participants.

University of algarve

  • Vitor Gamboa

    PROFESSOR

    Vítor is an Associate Professor at the University of Algarve, where he teaches in the areas of Career Psychology, Psychopedagogical Intervention and Psychology of Motivation and Emotion. His research interests are in Career Psychology, namely the study of career  transitions. In this context, he published several book chapters and articles in international peer-reviewed journals. He is an effective member of the Order of Portuguese Psychologists (OPP), and of the European Society for Vocational Designing and Career Counseling (ESVDCC).

  • Suzi Silva Rodrigues

    PHD in PSYCHOLOGY

    Suzi is an Invited Assistant Professor at the University of Algarve. She is also an educational psychologist at the university’s Psychology Service, within the Unit of Educational Psychology, Development, and Career Counselling and an effective member of the Order of Portuguese Psychologists (OPP).  Her research focuses on STEM career development, proactive online career behaviors, and the design and evaluation of technology-enhanced career interventions.

  • Beatriz Marcelo

    ‍MSC in EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY

    Beatriz is a member of the Portuguese Psychologists Association (OPP). She is currently a PhD student at the University of Algarve, funded by a doctoral grant from the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), and an invited assistant professor at the same university. Her research focuses on career development and socio-emotional development, particularly on the role of socio-emotional competencies in career exploration, adaptability, and decision-making during the transition from school to higher education and work.

    PHD in PSYCHOLOGY

    Olímpio is an invited assistant professor at the University of Algarve, with expertise in vocational psychology. His research focuses on topics related to career development, including motivational approaches to career exploration and career decision-making processes; career adaptability; school-to-work transitions; career-related parental support, employability, and career sustainability.
